How car delivery works

Choose your car and dates
Select a vehicle, your rental dates and times, and your pickup and return locations. Car rentals require a two-day minimum (48 hours).

Review delivery fees
Fees depend on the pickup and return locations. They are shown during booking or quoted by our team, separately from the daily rate.
- Step 3
Complete the requirements
Before delivery, we confirm your rental agreement, driver's license, full-coverage insurance, and payment requirements, including the security deposit.
- Step 4
Meet our team
We meet you at the confirmed address and time, explain the vehicle's controls, and arrange the return at the same or a different location.
Hotel, home, and office delivery
We deliver to hotels, residences, offices, and marinas across Miami-Dade and Broward, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Sunny Isles Beach, and Fort Lauderdale.
Share the full street address and the vehicle entrance when you book. For hotels and residential buildings, our team coordinates with the valet or front desk where needed.
Airport delivery at MIA and FLL
Include your flight number and arrival details when booking. Our team confirms a meeting point at the airport or a nearby location, and airport returns are arranged in advance.
We also coordinate service for private terminals at MIA, Miami-Opa locka Executive Airport (OPF), and Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE).
Delivery fees and returns
Delivery fees depend on your pickup and return locations and are listed separately from the daily rate. Select your locations during booking to view them, or contact our team for a quote.
You can return the vehicle to the delivery address, another address, or our shop. Tolls (SunPass) and fuel are billed at cost after the rental.
What to have ready
Drivers must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and provide full-coverage auto insurance and a major credit card in their name.
Our team completes license and insurance verification and the rental agreement before the scheduled delivery. At the handoff, we walk you through the vehicle and confirm the return arrangements.

Can you meet me at the airport?
Airport delivery and return are available at MIA, FLL, and selected private terminals. Include your flight number and arrival details when booking. Our team confirms the meeting point, timing, and applicable fees.
Can I return the car to a different location?
Yes. Choose separate pickup and return locations when booking. For a location not listed, contact our team for a quote. You can request location changes from your account; updated fees and arrangements require confirmation.
What happens before the car is delivered?
Our team confirms availability and completes the rental agreement, license and insurance verification, and payment requirements before the scheduled delivery. Drivers must be 18 or older.
Is there a minimum rental period for delivery?
Car rentals require a two-day minimum (48 hours). All booking times are in Miami / Eastern time.
